Physical Damage Policy

Order Processing Time
Expect your order to be processed within 24-48 hours, provided items are in stock and payment verification is successful. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. While we aim for same-day shipping, it is not guaranteed.

Warranties and Liability

Trident/Yuma Warranty
For Trident/Yuma products, a one-year warranty is applicable from the purchase date. Return shipping charges will be paid one way by Fujael Electronics. The warranty is void if the seal is broken, and physical damage will void coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Fujael Electronics and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
